Dans le but de
faire un Podcast éducatif, j’ai créé avec mes collègues de master professionnel
en technologie de l’éducation, un Podcast de contenu physique, expliquant la
modification de la nature de la matière de liquide à solide et vice versa. Le
texte énoncé était le suivant :
« Hello, i am Mona, a physics teacher.
Today we are going to study about change of matter.
-What do you prefer, a juice or an ice cream?
-Ice cream -Juice -Ice cream
-Do you know that we can change juice to ice cream and vice versa at our home?
-How could that happen?!
-It is simple: By changing its temperature.
When we put the juice (which is liquid) in the freezer, the temperature decreases and changes to ice cream (which is solid).
This process is called solidification. Now define solidification.
-It’s changing liquid to solid.
-On the other hand, when we remove the ice cream (which is solid) from the freezer, its temperature increases to reach the room temperature, and becomes a tasty liquid juice.
This process is called fusion. Now let’s define fusion.
-it’s changing solid to liquid.
-Okay then, let’s go and try it! “
